Requirements:
- Technical education (optics, mechanical engineering, machining) or experience with CNC machines
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, basic knowledge of machining technology
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to process changes
Job Description:
- Setup and operation of CNC optical machining equipment according to technological procedures
- Production of flat, spherical, and aspherical optical components (CNC milling, polishing, and centering of optical parts)
- Continuous measurement and inspection of produced components using both conventional and specialized instruments (interferometer, dial indicators, etc.)
Salary:
- 33.000 – 44.000 CZK gross per month (depending on experience) + bonuses + allowances
- Allowances:
- Afternoon shift: +8 CZK/hour
- Night shift: +25 CZK/hour
- Difficult working environment: +15 CZK/hour
- Overtime: +25% of average earnings
- Weekend work: +40% of average earnings
- Public holiday work: +100% of average earnings
Working Conditions:
- Full-time employment contract
- 25 days of paid vacation
- Three-shift operation (8-hour shifts)
- On-site canteen – main meals from 50 CZK, pleasant dining area, good variety of food
- Recruitment bonus of 50.000 CZK (after the probation period – after 4 months)
- Annual bonus – 8% (about 13th salary)
