We are looking for skilled machinists with experience in conventional machining to join our production team. If you are detail-oriented and able to work independently, this opportunity is for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate conventional machining equipment (manual lathe, milling machine, boring machine, drilling machine, grinder, etc.)
- Machine metal parts according to technical drawings and process documentation
- Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Adjust machine parameters to achieve required dimensions and tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and workstations
- Work independently based on production instructions
- Follow all safety standards and internal procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with conventional machines (lathe, milling, boring, drilling, grinding)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience using measuring tools
- Reliability, independence, and attention to detail
What We Offer:
- Gross salary: 30,320 CZK/month (approx. 24,812 CZK net / 70,359 PHP)
- Final level and salary depend on interview assessment (junior level)
- Variable component up to 20% (up to 6,064 CZK/month) – paid based on compliance with workplace rules and safety standards
- Annual bonus up to 1 month salary, depending on company performance:
- 50% payout if production reaches 80% or more
- 25% payout if production is below 80%
- Pension allowance up to 1,000 CZK/month
- 25 days of paid vacation
- Health and social insurance fully covered
- Full-time job (37.5 hours/week, 3-shift operation)
- 2-year contract with possibility of extension
